Am&#xA0;pus&#xA0;fundul&#xA0;t&#x103;vii&#xA0;pe foaie, am&#xA0;f&#x103;cut&#xA0;semn, iar apoi am&#xA0;t&#x103;iat. Am copt de 3 ori, deci 3 foi&#xA0;mari.&#xA0;Din&#xA0;fiecare foaie am putut&#xA0;t&#x103;ia&#xA0;c&#xE2;te&#xA0;4&#xA0;buc&#x103;&#x21B;i, deci 12&#xA0;buc&#x103;&#x21B;i&#xA0;&#xEE;n&#xA0;total.&#xA0;</li><li>Pe&#xA0;l&#xE2;ng&#x103;&#xA0;cele 12 foi&#xA0;t&#x103;iate&#xA0;la&#xA0;dimensiuni, am rams&#xA0;&#x219;i&#xA0;cu resturi.&#xA0;Fiind&#xA0;ni&#x219;te&#xA0;foi fragile, sub&#x21B;iri, unele s-au&#xA0;mai&#xA0;rupt,&#xA0;a&#x219;a&#xA0;c&#x103;&#xA0;am mai folosit&#xA0;&#x219;i&#xA0;din&#xA0;resturi pentru a umple&#xA0;unele locuri.&#xA0;</li><li>Dac&#x103;&#xA0;nu&#xA0;vre&#x21B;i&#xA0;s&#x103;&#xA0;v&#x103;&#xA0;bate&#x21B;i&#xA0;capul cu&#xA0;a&#x219;a&#xA0;multe&#xA0;foi, chiar&#xA0;dac&#x103;&#xA0;arat&#x103;&#xA0;foarte bine&#xA0;&#x219;i&#xA0;&#xEE;&#x21B;i&#xA0;ofer&#x103;&#xA0;o oarecare&#xA0;satisfac&#x21B;ie&#xA0;c&#xE2;nd&#xA0;&#x219;tii&#xA0;c&#x103;&#xA0;ai&#xA0;muncit&#xA0;a&#x219;a&#xA0;&#x219;i&#xA0;&#x21B;i-a&#xA0;ie&#x219;it&#xA0;superb. Foile</p><p>Separi ou&#x103;le &#x219;i ba&#x21B;i albu&#x219;urile cu zah&#x103;rul 8&#x2013;10 minute p&#xE2;n&#x103; devin foarte aerate.<br>Ba&#x21B;i bine &#x219;i&#xA0;g&#x103;lbenu&#x219;urile separat, iar apoi le&#xEE;ncorporezi&#xA0;u&#x219;or, cu o spatul&#x103;, cu mi&#x219;c&#x103;ri lente.</p><p>&#xCE;ncorporezi &#x219;i f&#x103;ina cernut&#x103;, u&#x219;or, cu acelea&#x219;i mi&#x219;c&#x103;ri, iar la final untul topit &#x219;i vanilia</p><p>&#xCE;mp&#x103;r&#x21B;i &#xEE;n 3, &#xEE;n mod egal, iar fiecare parte o &#xEE;ntinzi pe o tav&#x103; clasic&#x103; de cuptor, tapetat&#x103; cu h&#xE2;rtie de copt. Dac&#x103; vrei s&#x103; te asiguri c&#x103; foaia se desprinde u&#x219;or dup&#x103; coagere, unge-o cu foarte pu&#x21B;in ulei. <br>Coci fiecare foaie la 180&#xB0;C, pentru 6 minute. Este gata atunci c&#xE2;nd marginile &#xEE;ncep s&#x103; se coloreze. Dac&#x103; la&#x219;i prea mult, se poate usca &#xEE;n cuptor, iar apoi va cr&#x103;pa u&#x219;or. </p><hr><p>2. Crema</p><p>Fierbi zah&#x103;rul cu apa p&#xE2;n&#x103; ob&#x21B;ii un sirop, aprox. 115&#xB0;C. Daca nu ai un termometru, lasa la fiert cca 2-3 minute.<br>Ba&#x21B;i g&#x103;lbenu&#x219;urile bine, iar apoi torni siropul fierbinte &#xEE;n fir sub&#x21B;ire, foarte incet, <em><u>mix&#xE2;nd continuu</u></em>.<br>Ba&#x21B;i p&#xE2;n&#x103; devine o crem&#x103; deschis&#x103; la culoare.&#xA0;Adaugi untul treptat, fara sa amesteci prea tare.&#xA0;Apoi ciocolata topit&#x103;, romul &#x219;i sarea.</p><hr><p>3. Siropul</p><p>Fierbi apa cu zah&#x103;rul 2&#x2013;3 minute, apoi adaugi romul.</p><hr><p>4. Montaj</p><p>Tapetezi forma de chec cu folie, l&#x103;s&#xE2;nd folia mai &#xEE;nalta dec&#xE2;t forma de chec, pentru ca a dou&#x103; zi s&#x103; po&#x21B;i scoate dobo&#x219;ul u&#x219;or din form&#x103;. <br>A&#x219;ezi o foaie, o &#xEE;nsiropezi bine, apoi adaugi un strat sub&#x21B;ire de crem&#x103;, cam dou&#x103; linguri.<br>Repe&#x21B;i p&#xE2;n&#x103; termini toate foile.<br>Presezi u&#x219;or &#x219;i dai la frigider minimum 6 ore (ideal peste noapte).</p><hr><p>5. Crema de cacao pentru servire</p><p>Amesteci cacaoa, zah&#x103;rul, amidonul, sarea. Adaugi treptat laptele rece &#x219;i omogenizezi foarte bine. Pui pe foc mic &#x219;i amesteci continuu p&#xE2;n&#x103; &#xEE;ncepe s&#x103; se &#xEE;ngroa&#x219;e. Adaugi sm&#xE2;nt&#xE2;na &#x219;i mai g&#x103;te&#x219;ti un minut.</p><p>Opre&#x219;ti focul, adaugi romul &#x219;i untul. Amesteci p&#xE2;n&#x103; devine fin&#x103;. Ar trebui s&#x103; curg&#x103; lin, dar pu&#x21B;in gros din lingur&#x103;.</p><hr><p>6. Finisare</p><p><br>Sco&#x21B;i pr&#x103;jitura rece din form&#x103; &#x219;i o a&#x219;ezi pe o farfurie sau un fund, o la&#x219;i s&#x103; ajung&#x103; la temperatura camerei cam 2h, altfel va fi cam tare. <br>T&#x103;i &#xEE;n 8 buc&#x103;&#x21B;i egale, torni crema de cacao pe fiecare bucat&#x103; &#x219;i degu&#x219;ti.&#xA0;<br></p><p>Merge superb de bine cu c&#xE2;&#x21B;iva fulgi de sare
